Gary Williams, Strobel Design Build Superintendent, recently accepted Strobel Design Build’s first-place award in the Residential Interior Renovation between $250,000 and $500,000 at the 2020
NARI Excellence Awards for his work at the Lippincott property on Redington Beach.
The unique qualities of this project meant our team had to perform a complete top-to-bottom remodel of this home’s bathroom and kitchen. Prior to the remodel, this home did not have a master bath, so we changed the 80s-style centered tub into a modern walk-in shower with hinged glass doors.
Gary played a key role in being proactive and moving this project forward through the complicated changes that needed to be made upon their discovery during the gutting of the house. Gary prevented the challenges that arose from harming the timely progress of the project, and continuously provided outstanding customer service to the client. His get-it-done attitude, paired with the Strobel Design Build quality of work, provided symphony between the client and designer.
Michael Darab, designer of the entire project, proved to be another key member of this project in collaborating with the client. Michael came up with the conceptual layouts and decorative aspects of the project, providing special design touches to tie in the work of Strobel Design Build with the client’s vision. These additional design aspects included glass decorations from the Chihuly.
The Strobel Design Build team is nothing short of exceptional. We always ensure that the right person is involved in your job and your service, from the very first handshake. Our team is proud to have a dedicated member like Gary. He truly deserved to accept this NARI award for all of his hard work, and we are extremely honored to have a member of our team recognized by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. We look forward to continuing to provide exceptional home remodeling services to our clients.
