This mid-century home was thoughtfully transformed into a bright, contemporary retreat through a complete interior renovation. The bathroom now features a spa-like design with custom vertical tilework, a floating dual vanity, and a frameless glass shower. In the kitchen, we installed sleek forest-green cabinetry, white quartz countertops, and minimalist brass hardware, blending style with functionality.
A key architectural upgrade includes a refresh of exposed beams that accentuate the home’s tall ceilings, adding depth and character to the living space. Original terracotta tile floors were preserved throughout to maintain warmth and texture, while expansive windows and sliding glass doors flood the home with natural light and connect seamlessly to the lush outdoor surroundings.
