Residential Remodeling Punch-Out Carpenter

Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Residential Remodeling Punch-Out Carpenter to handle final-phase carpentry and detail work on residential remodeling projects. This position is ideal for a reliable finish carpenter who takes pride in clean, high-quality work and understands the importance of project close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete punch-list and final carpentry tasks on residential remodels
• Install and adjust trim, baseboard, casing, doors, and hardware
• Perform finish carpentry, caulking, drywall patching, and touch-ups
• Repair minor framing, cabinetry, and millwork issues
• Identify and correct quality issues before homeowner walkthroughs
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Communicate effectively with project managers and homeowners
• Follow company standards and safety procedures

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of residential remodeling or finish carpentry experience
• Strong knowledge of hand and power tools
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Professional attitude when working in occupied homes

Preferred (Not Required):

• High-end residential remodeling experience
• Basic drywall, painting, or tile repair skills
• OSHA 10 or safety training
