Design and Sales Coordinator

In this position you will work directly with Design Services and Project Development as the main support to all projects through Design Phase and Pre-production. This position will require attention to project schedules, adhere to administrative processes and procedures, and actively follow up on activities to be performed by the team. Close attention to detail and high level multitasking are an essential component to this position. You will be required to maintain project documentation, data. The Design Coordinator is considered the “hub” for information in the early stages of project development which will translate into another beautiful project built by Strobel Design Build.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledgeable in Interior Design Concepts, Process & Project Life Cycle
  • Read and interpret conceptual/schematic plans
  • Graphic communication through elevations
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Experience with Office Software (MS Word, Excel & Adobe Acrobat)
  • Experience with Web-based Applications, such as Buildertrend a plus
  • Basic understanding of a sales process, but not required

Job Description

  • Directly support members of the Design Service & Pre-Production Team. 
  • Coordinate and manage pre- construction documents, drawings, permits and workflow
  • Facilitate communication between team members and vendors 
  • Collaborate with Production Coordinator to ensure revisions and information is correct prior to delivering to the field while transitioning to Production
  • Work with Project Development in support of Sales & Marketing efforts
  • Position requires attendance at the company main office with occasional remote access upon approval from manager

  • Manage and support members of the Design Service & Sales Team. 
  • Coordinate and manage construction permits and documentation
  • Work with Management in support of Sales & Marketing efforts

Compensation & Benefits

  • $40k-$65k Annual Salary (dependent on experience) Direct Deposit every Friday
