Scheduled 2-Year Warranty
Strobel Design Build is so confident that our work is of superior quality that we provide a warranty exceeding the minimum warranty required by the State of Florida. Not only do we offer a 2-year warranty period, but we also call you to schedule a “check-up” TWICE during the warranty period. We do this to make sure our craftsmanship is up to the company’s high standards, but we also want to stay connected with our clients and neighbors.
- Upon completion of your project, a Customer Care Binder is assembled with contact info for all subcontractors and vendors, pass-through product warranty info, manuals for products used, and specific instructions for your unique project.
- Our office applies for and registers all product warranties for you.
- At 6-months AND 18-months post-project, our office will call you to schedule a visit by our President or Vice President to make sure things are performing perfectly.
- If needed, our craftsman will come out to make any adjustments and perform regular maintenance.
