	Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay Rebuilding Together Tampa Bay, Inc. ("RTTB") repairs homes of those in need. RTTB intends to preserve and revitalize houses and communities, in the Tampa Bay Area, assuring that low-income homeowners live in warmth, safety and independence.
	LEAD-SAFE CERTIFIED FIRM As of April 22, 2010, federal law requires that: Contractors that are hired to perform renovations, repairs or painting in homes built before 1978, to be certified lead procedures and to follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination. According to EPA guidelines this will include bagging of demolition debris, hazard suits being worn by employees and subcontractors, enclosed and sealed demolition areas and monitoring and documentation by a certified "lead" specialist and certified "lead demolition" firm.

We are not against development, but rather support thoughtful growth that honors our past. Our main goal is to foster an appreciation of St. Petersburg’s shared heritage and culture.
