Historic Restoration

For over 25 years we’ve had the privilege to work in communities who value their architectural heritage. We have developed a deep appreciation for the charm and the challenges of older and historic homes.

We have remodeled dozens of Mediterranean style homes, and bungalow style homes, all built in the early 20th Century. We have years of field-tested knowledge on top of our institutional training, giving Strobel Design Build a rich understanding of the styles and materials, strengths and pitfalls found in these charming older homes.
