Carefully Designed Process
How does the process begin? What’s your role? Strobel takes you step-by-step through the process to ensure your ideas and goals are achieved — seamlessly and successfully.
Here are the steps:
- Initial consultation to discuss the project goals.
- Face-to-face meeting onsite to define scope of the project
- Presentation by Strobel Design Build of the "Design Agreement" or "Letter of Intent ," which includes a rough cost estimate or budget agreement; a financial commitment is required at this stage.
- Plans, drawing and virtual walk-through are created; budget is confirmed.
- We arrive at final design plan (we will also happily work with your architect or designer's plans)
- Work schedule prepared (in MS Project, with start and finish dates for each phase); a definitive construction contract is readied, including homeowner’s responsibilities for decisions and choices which will be made along the way.
- Construction begins.
- On-time completion & start of your 2 year warranty
